By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, Aug. 8 - The Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corp. is expected to price $563 million of series 2013-2 student loan asset-backed notes, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes (/AA+(sf)/AAAsf) will be sold on a negotiated basis with BofA Merrill Lynch as the senior manager.

The notes are due Feb. 1, 2030.

Proceeds will be used to fund the cancellation of existing debt under a 2008 indenture and fund student loans.
