By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, Oct. 28 - The Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corp. plans to price $384 million of series 2013-2 student loan asset-backed notes, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes (/AA+(sf)/AAAsf) will be sold on a negotiated basis with BofA Merrill Lynch as the underwriter.

The notes are due Sept. 1, 2028.

Proceeds will be used to permanently fund student loans that were funded on an interim basis, as well as to purchase for cancellation certain bonds that were issued under the 1997 general resolution.
