Moody's rates Ky. tax anticipation notes MIG1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a MIG1 rating to the Kentucky Asset/Liability Commission's $400 million 2008 series A general fund tax and revenue anticipation notes.

The notes, scheduled to mature on June 25, 2009, are being issued to meet the state's seasonal cash needs.
