Kent Hospital Finance, Mich., to price $75 million refunding bonds for Spectrum Health System

New York, Oct. 11 - The Kent Hospital Finance Authority of Michigan is planning to offer $75 million of series 2011C revenue refunding bonds for the Spectrum Health System Inc., according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa3/AA/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as the senior managers.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to refund a portion of the health care system's series 2008B-2 bonds.
