Kensey Nash investor Parche reduces ownership to 4.9%

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 13 - Investors led by Parche, LLC cut their stake in Kensey Nash Corp. to 4.9% from 5.9% with the sale of 121,166 shares.

The shares were sold between Dec. 9 and Jan. 9 at prices from $17.3231 to $19.2546 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In a prior SEC filing, Parche reported the sale of 34,500 Kensey Nash shares between Dec. 4 and Dec. 8 at prices from $17.4000 to $17.6673 each.

Parche and its affiliates beneficially own 566,979 shares of the Exton, Pa., medical technology company.
