S&P cuts Kendle view to stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Kendle International Inc. to stable from positive and affirmed its existing ratings on the company, including the B+ corporate credit rating.

S&P said that Kendle continues to struggle in the challenging contract research organization environment.

Despite the recent challenges, Kendle's liquidity remains adequate and its leverage has improved, according to the agency.
