India's Kemrock may sell Rs. 750 million non-convertible debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., July 12- Kemrock Industries & Exports Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it approved plans to issue up to Rs. 750 million of 12½% secured redeemable non-convertible debentures at a board of directors' meeting on July 12.

The 2,500 debentures will each have a par value of Rs. 300,000 and will be accompanied by 1.25 million warrants with an issue price of Rs. 30 each.

Vadodara, India-based Kemrock Industries manufactures fiberglass reinforced polymer composites and resins.
