Kemrock Industries plans to issue up to $250 million in convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., June 21 - Kemrock Industries & Exports Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it approved plans to issue up to $250 million in foreign currency convertible bonds at an extraordinary general meeting on June 3.

The company also is considering issuing equity shares, Global Depositary Receipts, American Depositary Receipts or other securities convertible into equity shares.

Vadodara, India-based Kemrock Industries manufactures fiberglass reinforced polymer composites and resins.
