Moody’s rates Kemper notes Baa3
Moody's Investors Service said it rated Kemper Corp.’s $400 million of senior unsecured notes Baa3.
The agency affirmed Kemper’s Baa3 rating on Feb. 11.
Kemper is expected to be used to repay about $275 million of senior notes due in September of Infinity Property and Casualty Corp. and for general corporate purposes.
The outlook for Kemper remains unchanged at stable.
