Knoxville, Tenn., May 12 - Kelly Services, Inc. settled a private placement of stock for $24.3 million on May 11, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 1,576,169 class A common shares at $15.42 apiece to Temp Holdings Co. Ltd.
Kelly Services is a Troy, Mich.-based provider of temporary staffing services.
