S&P: Kellogg outlook to stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Kellogg Co. to stable from negative.

The agency also affirmed all of its ratings, including the company's BBB+ corporate credit rating.

"The stable outlook reflects our expectation that Kellogg will maintain credit protection measures near our forecast levels and that operating performance will improve," S&P credit analyst Bea Chiem said in a news release.
