Moody's rates Kellogg notes A3, could be downgraded

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A3 rating to $500 million of five-year senior unsecured notes being issued by Kellogg Co. and simultaneously placed the rating under review for possible downgrade.

Kellogg's long-term ratings have been under review since Nov. 4.
