New Issue: India's KEI Industries prices $36 million of convertibles

Seattle, Nov. 27 - KEI Industries Ltd. priced a $36 million issue of 1% foreign-currency convertible bonds due 2011, according to a company news release.

Elara Capital plc is the lead manager and bookrunner for the issue.

KEI is a New Delhi, India-based manufacturer of wires and cables.
