KEI Industries board to consider offerings of convertibles, debentures

Des Moines, Sept. 5 - KEI Industries Ltd., Inc. announced that its board will meet on Sept. 12 to consider approving an issue of American depositary receipts, global depositary receipts or foreign currency convertible bonds as well as an issue of non-convertible debentures or commercial paper.

KEI is a New Delhi-based manufacturer of wires and cables.
