Italy’s Kedrion calls for early redemption all 3% notes due in July

Chicago, April 12 – Kedrion SpA issued a notice for early redemption for its €200,009,000 3% notes due July 12, 2022 (ISIN: XS1645687416).

The original issue size was €350 million.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus interest to the late optional redemption date of April 22.

Kedrion is a biopharmaceutical company based in Lucca, Italy.
