S&P ups Keane outlook to stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Keane International Inc. to stable from negative.

The agency said it affirmed all ratings on the company, including the B corporate credit rating.

"The outlook revision reflects its view that Keane's operations have stabilized over the past six months," said S&P credit analyst Susan Madison, "and that there are no near-term liquidity issues, given the company's sizable cash balance and solid covenant headroom."
