KCS Energy extends loan to Jan. 13, buying time to complete financing proposal

New York, Jan. 7 - KCS Energy Inc. extended its credit facility to Jan. 13 in order to give the company additional time to complete its previously announced proposed financing arrangements, according to a news release.

KCS is a Houston energy company.
