Moody’s changes KCG outlook to stable
Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the B1 corporate family rating and B1 senior secured rating of KCG Holdings, Inc. and changed the outlook to stable from positive.
Moody's said KCG's inability to generate consistent operating profits was the main reason for returning the outlook to stable, despite progress KCG has made reducing debt and cutting costs.
