New Issue: KCA Deutag prices $375 million seven-year notes at par to yield 7¼%

Portland, Ore., May 13 - KCA Deutag UK Finance plc priced a $375 million issue of seven-year senior secured notes (B3/B/) at par to yield 7¼% on Tuesday, according to a market source.
The yield printed at the tight end of the 7¼% to 7½% yield talk.
JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC and Lloyds Securities were the bookrunners.
The Aberdeen, Scotland-based energy drilling contractor plans to use the proceeds to refinance existing bank debt and to add a small amount of cash to its balance sheet.
