ASM Capital buys $1.28 million KB Toys claim from CIT

Houston, Feb. 2 - ASM Capital, LP bought a $1.28 million claim against KB Toys Inc. from CIT Group/Commercial Services, Inc., according to a court filing Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of Delaware.

ASM Capital is based in Woodbury, N.J.

KB Toys, a Pittsfield, Mass.-based retailer, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 14, 2004. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-10120.
