Kommunalbanken plans to price offering of notes through Deutsche Bank

Knoxville, Tenn., March 1 – Kommunalbanken KBN intends to sell $300 million of notes, according to a press release. The notes may have a greenshoe.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, is the stabilizing manager for the notes, which are expected to have a stabilization period from Jan. 3 through July 4.

The government-funded lender to municipalities is based in Oslo.
