KB Home amends, extending financial delivery deadline

New York, Oct. 19 - KB Home amended its revolving credit facility and term loan, extending the deadline to Dec. 24 for delivering financial statements for the fiscal quarter ended Aug. 31, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday.

The amendment was completed on Oct. 18.

Bank of America is the administrative agent on the revolver and Citicorp is the administrative agent on the term loan.

KB Home is a Los Angeles-based builder of single-family homes.
