KB Home files automatic shelf registration

Philadelphia, Oct. 17 - KB Home filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers debt securities, guarantees of debt securities, preferred stock, common stock, warrants, stock purchase contracts, stock purchase units and depositary shares.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including developing residential properties and commercial projects, repaying debt and acquisitions.

KB Home is a Los Angeles-based builder of single-family homes.
