Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 18 – KBC Group NV sold $1 billion of 6.324% notes due 2034, according to a market source.
The notes priced with a 205 basis points spread over Treasuries after talk started in the 230 bps area.
The notes have 10 years of call protection.
Barclays, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and KBC were the bookrunners.
KBC Group is a Brussels-based bank and insurance group.
