New Issue: Kazakhstan’s KazTransGas issues KZT 5 billion 7½% 10-year bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 2 – KazTransGas Aimak JSC issued KZT 5 billion of 7½% bonds on Sept. 29, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange notice.

The 10-year bonds (//expected: BBB-) were issued under the company’s KZT 30.5 billion medium-term bond program.

The gas supply company, a subsidiary of National Co. KazMunayGas JSC, is based in Astana, Kazakhstan.
