S&P upgrades KazTransOil, KazTransGas

S&P said it raised to BB from BB- its long-term issuer credit ratings on Kazakhstan national pipeline operators KazTransOil (KTO) and KazTransGas (KTG), as well as KTG's core subsidiary Intergas Central Asia JSC.

The outlooks on all three companies are stable.

“The upgrades follow our upgrade of the immediate parent KazMunayGas,” S&P said in a news release.
