New York, Sept. 19 – KazTransGas JSC priced $750 million of 4 3/8% 10-year notes (expected rating: //BBB-) at 99.799 to yield 4.4% on Tuesday, according to a market source.
Pricing came on top of talk.
The notes were sold via bookrunners Citigroup, ING and VTB Capital under Rule 144A and Regulation S.
Based in Astana, Kazakhstan, the gas supply company is a subsidiary of National Co. KazMunayGas JSC.
