Fitch gives KazMunaiGaz notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it has assigned KazMunaiGaz Finance Sub BV's tap issue of $250 million of 11.75% notes due Jan. 23, 2015, a final senior unsecured rating of BBB-.

The notes will be consolidated with the $1.25 billion 11.75% notes due Jan. 23, 2015, which were issued by KMG Finance Sub BV in July and are rated BBB-, the agency said.

Fitch added that the notes were issued under KMG Finance Sub BV's $5 billion global medium-term note program rated BBB-. The notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by KazMunaiGaz National Co. (BBB-/F3/negative).
