Amkor calls $178.118 million 10½% notes
New York, May 31 - Amkor Technology, Inc. said it will redeem on June 30 $178.118 million of its 10½% senior subordinated notes due 2009.
The Chandler, Ariz., supplier of semiconductor assembly and test services currently has $200 million of the securities outstanding.
Holders will receive $1,017.50 per $1,000 principal amount plus accrued interest for a total of $1,034.71 per $1,000 principal amount.
