Amkor amends revolver, allowing liens on assets of foreign units

New York, May 27 - Amkor Technology Inc. amended its $30 million revolving credit facility, permitting liens on assets of foreign subsidiaries to secure up to $75 million of debt or other liabilities, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Friday.

The amendment was completed on May 24.

Citigroup is the administrative agent on the deal.

Amkor is a Chandler, Ariz.-based subcontractor of semiconductor packaging and test services.
