Amkor to price $250 million 10-year senior notes Tuesday

New York, March 8 - Amkor Technology, Inc plans to price $250 million senior notes due 2014 (B1/B) Tuesday, according to an informed source.

The issue will be non-callable for five years.

Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities and JP Morgan will run the books on the Rule 144A/ Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt and for general corporate purposes, including capital expenditures.

Amkor is a West Chester, Pa-based provider of semiconductor assembly and test services.
