Kazakhstan's Kazkommertsbank talks benchmark dollar-denominated 10-year notes at 7¾% area

St. Louis, Nov. 17 - JSC Kazkommertsbank talked its benchmark sized offering of 10-year senior notes (Baa1/BB+/BB+) at the 7¾% area on Friday, according to a market source.

The notes, which will be issue via special purpose vehicle Kazkommerts International BV, are expected to price during the week of Nov. 20.

Credit Suisse and ING are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

The prospective issuer is a full-service bank with headquarters in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
