Kazakhstan's Kazkommertsbank to start roadshow for dollar-denominated 10-year bonds

New York, Nov. 10 - Kazakhstan's JSC Kazkommertsbank plans to start a roadshow for a dollar-denominated offering of 10-year bonds (Baa2/BB+/BB+) in the Nov. 13 week, according to a market source.

The roadshow is scheduled to start in Boston on Wednesday, then move to New York on Thursday, Los Angeles on Nov. 17 and wrap up in London on Nov. 20.

Credit Suisse and ING are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S transaction.

The issuer is a full-service bank with headquarters in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
