Fitch rates Kazkommertsbank notes B-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Kazkommertsbank's upcoming seven-year dollar-denominated issue of senior notes an expected long-term B- rating with a recovery rating of RR4.

The final rating is contingent on the receipt of documents conforming materially to information already received.

The bank's long-term issuer default rating of B- with a stable outlook was affirmed on April 26.
