Kazakhstan's Kazkommertsbank to start roadshow for $300 million five-year floaters Oct. 14

New York, Oct. 7 - Kazkommertsbank will kick off a roadshow for its $300 million offering of five-year fixed-rate notes (Baa2/BB-/BB) on Oct. 14 in Singapore, according to a market source.

The roadshow will then make stops in Hong Kong and on the U.S. West Coast on Oct. 15, then move to Geneva, Zurich and Boston on Oct. 18, next Athens, Greece, and New York on Oct. 19, then stopping in Frankfurt, Germany, and the New York area on Oct. 20 and wrapping up in London on Oct. 21.

ING and UBS Investment Bank are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering.

The proposed issue is expected to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Kazkommertsbank, based in Almaty, is one of the three largest banks in Kazakhstan.
