Kazakhstan's Kazkommertsbank names ING, UBS lead managers for $300 million five-year notes

New York, Sept. 13 - JSC Kazkommertsbank said it named ING and UBS Investment Bank as joint lead managers for its proposed $300 million five-year eurobond (Baa2/BB-).

On Sept. 1, Prospect News reported that Kazakhstan's largest bank would tap the capital markets in the third quarter.

The proposed issuance will be a Regulation S only deal.

Proceeds will be used to fund loans and for general banking purposes.
