New Issue: Kazakhstan's Kazkommertsbank sells KZT 1 billion 11.65% notes due 2019

Milwaukee, Feb. 18 - Kazkommertsbank announced that it placed KZT 1 billion of 11.65% subordinated notes due 2019 on Thursday.

Kazkommertsbank issued KZT 10 billion of the notes as part of the third issuance of notes under the bank's KZT 30 billion bond program. According to a bank news release, there will be multiple placements of the notes over the next 10 years.

The bank is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
