Kazakhstan's Kazkommertsbank whispers seven-year notes at high 9% area

Atlanta, Oct. 29 - Kazakhstan-based Kazkommertsbank's planned offering up to $2 billion in seven-year notes is being whispered to yield in the high 9% area, a market source said.

JPMorgan and UBS are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Kazkommertsbank is an Almaty, Kazakhstan-based lender.
