Fitch affirms Kazkommertsbank

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Kazkommertsbank's long-term issuer default rating at B- with a negative outlook.

The affirmation reflects Fitch's view that the bank should have sufficient liquidity to repay near-term maturities. However, the rating level and negative outlook continue to reflect the bank's very weak asset quality and potential need for future recapitalization.
