New Issue: Amiworld pockets $2.55 million from private placement of shares

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 13 - Amiworld, Inc. settled a $2.55 million private placement of stock on Aug. 11, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 510,000 restricted common shares at $5.00 per share to 55 investors.

Proceeds will be used for acquiring an inventory of petroleum crude and palm oil and the development of the company's oil resell business.

Based in New York, Amiworld is developing an oil resell business and a shipping business for its oil-related products.
