New Issue: Kazakhstan Temir Zholy sells KZT 300 billion 15-year bonds at par to yield 11½%

Los Angeles, Oct. 4 – Kazakhstan Temir Zholy placed KZT 300 billion of 15-year bonds on Thursday, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange notice.
The bonds were sold at par to yield 11½%.
The issuer is a Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan-based railway operator.
