Kazakhstan’s Temir Zholy to offer KZT 50 billion 10-year bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., April 21 – Kazakhstan Temir Zholy plans to offer KZT 50 billion of 10-year inflation-indexed bonds. The company will hold a special trading session on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange on April 25, according to a notice.

Halyk Finance will initiate the trades.

The coupon rate will be 16.92% for the first coupon period.

Temir Zholy is an Astana, Kazakhstan-based railway operator.
