New Issue: Kazakhstan Temir Zholy sells $800 million 6.95% notes due 2042 at par

Atlanta, July 2 - Kazakhstan Temir Zholy Finance BV priced $800 million 6.95% notes due July 10, 2042 (Baa3/BBB-/BBB-) at par to yield 6.95%, or Treasuries plus 427.5 basis points, a market source said.
Barclays Capital, HSBC and Kazkommerts Securities were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
Temir Zholy is an Astana, Kazakhstan-based railway operator.
