New Issue: Kazakhstan places KZT 10 billion more 7% treasury bonds due 2023 at 8.89% yield

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 16 – The Kazakhstan Finance Ministry said it sold KZT 10 billion of additional long-term treasury bonds due 2023 (Meukam-108, 11th issue) at a repeated special trading session held on Wednesday.
The 7% bonds were sold at a “clean” price of 91.6759, corresponding to a yield of 8.89%.
The ministry issued an initial KZT 4.7 billion of the bonds in August 2014, an additional KZT 3 billion on Aug. 28 and a further KZT 10 billion on Nov. 9.
