New Issue: Kazakhstan places KZT 4 billion of 8.99% four-year treasury bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 15 – The Kazakhstan Finance Ministry said it sold KZT 4 billion of mid-term treasury bonds (Meokam-48, 51st issue) at a special trading session held on Monday.

The four-year bonds carry a coupon of 8.99%.

Pricing details were not disclosed.

The amount of accepted orders represents 44.4% of the issuer’s planned issuance of KZT 9 billion of bonds.
