New Issue: Kazakhstan places KZT 24 billion 9˝% seven-year treasury bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 21 – The Kazakhstan Finance Ministry said it sold KZT 24 billion of 9˝% long-term treasury bonds (Meukam-84, 17th issue) at a special trading session held on Monday.
The seven-year bonds were sold at a “clean” price of 99.9777 to yield 9˝%.
The amount of accepted orders represents 100% of the issuer’s planned issuance.
