Kazakhstan sells no long-term treasury bonds at Wednesday auction

Madison, Wis., Jan. 21 – The Kazakhstan Finance Ministry said it auctioned no long-term treasury bonds (Meukam-240, third issue) at a special trading session held on Wednesday due to unfavorable prices.

The issuer had intended to place KZT 15 billion of 20-year bonds.
