Kazakhstan sells no short-term treasury bonds at Wednesday auction

Madison, Wis., March 26 - The Kazakhstan Finance Ministry said it auctioned no short-term treasury bonds (Mekkam-12, 140th issue) at a special trading session held on Wednesday due to unsatisfactory prices.

The issuer had intended to place KZT 12 billion of one-year bonds.
