New Issue: Kazakhstan sells KZT 2 billion more 3.83% treasury bonds due 2016

Madison, Wis., Sept. 5 - The Kazakhstan Finance Ministry said it accepted orders for an additional KZT 2 billion of 3.83% mid-term treasury bonds (Meokam-48, 47th issue) on Thursday.
The ministry said this brings the total size of the issue to KZT 20.93 billion. The initial KZT 5.78 billion of four-year bonds settled on Aug. 15, 2012, and an additional KZT 13.15 billion settled on April 8.
The newest bonds were auctioned at a net price of 99.5303 for total proceeds of KZT 1.99 billion to yield 4%.
The amount of accepted orders represents 13% of the issuer's planned issuance of KZT 15 billion of bonds.
