By Marisa Wong

Madison, Wis., Sept. 7 - The Kazakhstan Finance Ministry said it auctioned no mid-term treasury bonds (Meokam-48, 47th issue) at a repeated special trading session held on Friday due to unfavorable prices on submitted orders.

The issuer had intended to place KZT 15 billion of additional 3.83% bonds due Aug. 15, 2016. The original KZT 5.78 billion of 3.83% bonds were issued on Aug. 15.

Active orders were received for KZT 7.22 billion of bonds. The weighted average bid price was 96.0929 to yield 4.9328%.
